PIM is co-sponsoring a Devex campaign Land Matters for Women as part of a month-long effort to highlight the importance of land for international development and showcase innovative solutions to land issues. The Devex campaign will focus on a number of key sectors affected by the availability, degradation, and use of land. Throughout September, Land Matters will explore how land matters for food security, women, the environment, economic development, conflict resolution, and transparency.

The campaign will start on Monday, September 9, 2013 and will feature Op-eds and commentary by Cheryl Doss, Gender Lead for PIM, and Ruth Meinzen-Dick, Coordinator of the CGIAR program on Collective Action and Property Rights (CAPRi).
